We have partnered with, Togetherall, an online service to provide 24/7/365 mental health support to our Vocational Rehabilitation and Therapy referrals.
Togetherall provides an online community, moderated by trained professionals 24/7. It is the only online mental health service registered with the CQC with a choice of therapeutic services, including journaling, resources, and goal setting. Online self-help courses for example sleep, worry, grief and assertiveness are also available. This means anyone who may be struggling can get support at a time that suits them, direct from their device.

Professionally trained Wall Guides monitor the community to ensure the safety and anonymity of all members. In addition to Togetherall’s online community, you will have access to a wealth of useful resources and can work through tailored self-help courses covering topics such as anxiety, sleep, weight management, depression and many more.
Togetherall offers a range of activities that allow you to work through what’s troubling you. Access an anonymous community of support available from members 24/7.
Share your thoughts and join a Talkabout alongside fellow members to share and discuss what’s on your mind, gain support and advice. You can do this with the whole community or form your own groups or one-to-one chats. Take self-assessments to help you understand more about yourself.

You can join Togetherall if you are 16 or over and have been referred by Form Health as part of your treatment.
